Sunita Organic & Speciality Olives

Sunita Kalamon and Green Olives are organically grown in Greece and hand-picked to avoid damage to their delicate skins. They are then matured for a full nine months to bring out their superb flavour.

Our growers and producers follow traditional methods with great care and attention to ensure Sunita olives are of the finest quality.

Organic Kalamon Olives are the king of Greek table olives, with a deep purple colour, tight and shiny skin, and a distinctive almond shape. They are typically preserved in red wine vinegar to give a rich, fruity flavour.

Our Organic Green Olives are the Konservoila variety from central Greece. Konservoila olives are large, oval, and finely textured.
