Sunita Organic Polenta


Sunita Polenta is made from organically grown maize. It is very versatile and a great alternative to pasta and bread, especially for those following a gluten free diet.

Top with tomato sauce, grated cheese (or vegan cheese), fresh or dried herbs, and a drizzle of Sunita extra virgin olive oil, then grill or bake for a mouth-watering appetiser or light lunch. Or slice thinly and use in place of pasta leaves in lasagne.
